Title__*::something to think about.. what would u do??

hmm.. i was watching a show yesterday and its story struck me.. somehow, i feel that i would not know what to do if i were in that position.. and out of curiosity, i would like to find out what ppl would choose to do if they were in that position.. do tell me k??

the story goes like this...

16 yrs ago, a women for dunno what reason, (din pay notice at e beginning of e show to know why she did that) sort of 'kidnapped' a baby gal away from the hospital.. real mum of the baby gal was heart broken when her baby went missing.. she had been searching for e baby ever since then.. somehow, e pict of e mum shows up in an articl i think.. and story abt her searching for her child is in e article too..

the so called 'kidnapper' on the other hand, treated the baby gal lk her own and raised her up to be a v good person.. so gd that alot of mum would not be able to raise a child into this.. and she love the baby gal v much.. she had never told the gal abt her real identity and intend to keep it from her forever as telling her the secret would cause alot of pains and problems to many other ppl.. and probably implicate alot others too.. she was so scared abt it that she went to a lawyer (lawyer A) and told him abt it and asked him to keep it a secret.. and told him to pass $70,000 to e real mum and tell her how sorry she is.. and she would do her best to raise the gal up into a gd person and give her gd life..

e lawyer representing the real mum (lawyer B) kept insisting e gal to be returned to e real mum to 'stop her from suffering'.. the real mum were in tears and really misses her gal v much.. but the fact is that e gal is in gd hand right?? so she is not suffering at all.. and we should think of it from the gal's point of view.. how would she react to it when she finds out that the role model that she had always looked up to since young, e 'mum' that she had been calling for 16 yrs is not her real mum? would it affect the way she look at life and starts loosing trust in whatever things she sees in life.. these may affect her prospective gd future life..

but one also cant deny the fact that the real mother deserves the daughter more than anyone else.. Lawyer A is now stuck.. he was told to keep the identity of the 'kidnapper' a secret and its a company policy and customer's privacy he needs to observe.. but e real mum need the information from him (e only source of information) in order to get her daughter back.. he also worries abt how e truth may affect the gal's future life.. on the other hand he pity the real mum v much as he understands how painful it is to know that your daughter whom u had lost for 16 yrs is so near yet so far.. choosing to take either side is tough.. he is stuck.. so am i.. haha.. i really dunno which side i would choose.. for e benefit of e gal, i would choose the 'fake' mum.. to repay what the mum had lost for 16 yrs and take pity on her without considering all e effects and issues it would result in, i would choose the real mum.. haiz.. still no ans.. haha.. what abt u..??? ^_^
