Title__*::sucks..

haiz.. i did so badly 4 my 'test' yesterday.. everything sucks.. i reached e place at 9:15 am (usually ppl reach at abt 9:45) and my mine was blank.. all i noe is to turn off e alarm 4 e shop tts all.. then i jus stood down there n stone.. remembered tt i should be cooking e veggie curry n heat up e beef n lamb curry so i went to look 4 e big pots to cook them.. suddenly, i dunno which one to use!! darn.. (they have specific pots 4 cooking diff stuff..) all e pots r v similar.. they only have slight diff which is e height (abt 5-10cm) n width (abt 5-10cm).. and suddenly i m thinking if this is really e job to me.. i crossed my fingers n chose 2 of them n started cooking.. then i remembered tt i 4got to put e beef into e microwave!! OMG.. everything was so hectic..

i cook e veggie curry half way n when i wanna add salt n sugar in, i realised tt there are no more in e container!! so suay sia!~ where are e sugar n salt!! shit!! i cant find it at all man.. stone for another while, search high n low 4 it n after some time, i finally found it.. phew!~

things were everywhere n e whole place was so messy!! n e boss came! oh my.. why come at such time. then i tot e boss, who always ask us to keep e shop n place clean wun wanna see this mess, i went to wash some of e stuff.. then he said: "yushi, next time u throw e veggies into e curry n cook n heat up e beef once more b4 u wash things k? so we can save time.." haiz.. then at some pt of time, i suddenly blank out again.. i dunno what shld i do n i jus stood there n look at e things i have done.. then e boss said:"yushi, u should be frying the chickens now and fry e noodles at e same time." OMG.. having to be constantly reminded by e boss does not feels gd at all..

while i was preparing e ingredients for e noodles, e boss already placed e wok n e pan on e stove n put e chicken onto e hot plate.. i was not ready yet!! then e boss jus threw e onions in e wok n ask me to fry e noodles.. thinking that since e boss put e chickens on e hot plate, he would look after it.. but he did not! die.. i fry e noodles half way n realise tt e chickens are burnt on one side.. after i flip them over, e boss saw n he said:"yushi, next time u have to be more careful k? u have to learn to be more alert to your surroundings.." haiz.. how i know..

i was so nervous till i nearly put a metal bowl into e microwave!! luckily e boss saw n he quickly stop me!! woa lau.. din expect myself to do this man.. i can see tt e boss was quite shocked n quite unhappy abt my performance.. but i really dun mean it.. everything is in a rush n my mind was blank at tt time.. he ask me to warm e tou fu up n i stupidly jus put e whole thing in!! (tou fu are still in metal container..should transfer to glass bowl)

e usually smiley n nice boss was not there after he look at how i do things.. he told me tt i m too slow and i m new.. i should come earlier next time.. he repeated this at least 2 times yesterday.. i felt so shitty.. feel tt maybe this is not e kind of job 4 me.. coz i have never done much cooking at home at all.. and now i have to cook so many things at 1 go! all my working experience are sales.. have i chosen e wrong job? i nearly brokedown n cried in e shop after everything..

e boss came at e end of e whole thing to calculate $ and he gave me my pay! $60!!! i felt so much better after i know that i get paid! coz it means that i sort of passed! hehe.. he jus kept reminding me to go earlier next time.. feel that though e work is tough but i can earn $!~ so everything is worth it.. would work hard tml n show him i m not so blur after all!!~ i wun give up so easily man.. ^_^.v.
